Dan Wetmore has worked in neuroscience & medtech for nearly two decades. He is the Director of Clinical & Research Partnerships at CTRL-labs, building a practical, non-invasive neural interface — a device worn on the arm that taps into the flow of information from the brain to the hand. Before his time at CTRL-labs, he helped identify, develop, and launch products and therapies across neurotechnology, nanotechnology, and therapeutics. Dan previously co-founded Balance Therapeutics, a clinical stage biotechnology company developing drug therapies for sleep disorders and Down Syndrome and was a founding employee at Thync, where he developed and launched a consumer neuromodulation product to induce states of enhanced calmness or increased energy. Dan holds a PhD in neuroscience from Stanford University.
